Please note: Natural fibre floor coverings such as seagrass, sisal, coir, jute, and silk cannot be wet cleaned — moisture causes severe shrinkage, water rings, and fibre breakdown. We are unable to offer a dry cleaning service for these types of carpet at this time.

Every surface is different, so we always test before we treat. These are the steps we follow to remove graffiti safely and effectively, without damaging what's underneath.
We assess the surface type — brick, render, stone, metal or plastic — along with the age of the graffiti and the type of paint or ink used.
Before treating the full area, we run a test patch in an inconspicuous spot to check the surface's reaction and avoid discolouration or damage.
Surrounding areas — windows, planting, vehicles and pathways — are covered and protected before any product is applied.
A graffiti removal solution matched to the surface and paint type is applied to break down the coating without damaging the material beneath.
Where needed, the solution is worked into the surface with the right brush or pad to lift stubborn or aged marks.
The loosened graffiti and residue are rinsed away using pressure-washing equipment set to a level safe for the surface.
We inspect the surface once dry and reapply the process on any stubborn or ghosted marks until the area is properly restored.
These steps represent the correct method for safely removing graffiti from most surfaces without causing damage. Skipping the test patch or using the wrong solution for the surface risks staining, discolouration or lasting damage to brick, render and other materials. No shortcuts. No exceptions.
